This year’s Winter Retreat will take place at Camp Fowler’s Chi Rho House on the weekend of March 2-4, 2012. This annual event for members of the Jr/Sr High Youth Group is one of the most significant times for our kids. During the weekend, group members played and learned together. The weekend provided a chance for our youth to “unplug,” while they focused on their relationships with each other and God. Chi Rho House was a perfect setting for this retreat. There were large comfortable spaces for gathering the group. The basement included a game room with pool and ping-pong tables. Students each shared a room and private bathroom with one or two others. The facility was large enough to provide beds and linens for everyone. Five meals were provided, prepared by Fowler staff members. |
